Josh Finkelstein

For as long as Josh could remember, he has felt that his calling was to help people. This has led him to assisting struggling students in the classroom while in school, helping youth develop their skills in the rugged wilderness as a Camp Counselor, insurance work in psychological settings, and now as an HR/Research Assistant at Golan Consulting.

He is excited to help startups grow so that they can hire and develop talent; helping others in turn.

He strives to channel his discipline, research abilities and organizational skills to support growth-promoting startup companies. From compensation surveys to hiring process analysis, Josh has become an asset to the team since May 2020.

Josh has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from the Honors Program at Rutgers University – New Brunswick and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
